They are a stand up place and honor the customers I will forever do businesses with them

Went to have him look at my phone because it wouldn't keep a charge that's all, eventhough it had a cracked screen it was working perfectly fine besides the fact it couldnt hold a charge. Tell me why I ending up paying 85 for a screen that I didn't ask him to fix. I admit the screen was cracked but they wasn't the issue, my issue was I just needed it to keep a charge. Now tell me why after he fix the screen on my phone that didnt need it, he has now made it worse then before. I have no sound at all from listening to music to even ring tone and to top it off the mic on my phone is no longer worker. I regret going here so bad. I regret i ever went to this place. By far the worst experience I've ever had and mind you this was my first time ever going to this place. What a great way to make a first impression. Be careful if you go here to do business and before you leave check your phone and your receipt. Then to top it off he even try to over charge me telling me that it was 90 dollars instead of 85. But the dummy forget he wrote the price on the back of the phone for 85. When I confronted him about it he caught an attitude with me, like how you mad at me when you got caught. This was my first time ever going to that place and it will be my last. I wish I could give this place zero stars if I could. Be careful if you doing business with this place. #Bad4Bussiness

There should be an option to give zero stars or negative. Like everybody I thought this place was great and would go out of my way to take my business there and sent everyone I know there also. That was until this morning. Like any other day I went in to get what I needed. it happened to be as soon as the younger guy unlocked the door to open up the store for the day I went in. We were alone, there was no one else in there or in the parking lot for that matter and for whatever reason today of all days he grabbed me and would not let let go of me. Like many others times he motioned me to high five him and proceeded to grab my hand to the point I couldn’t pull away from him and pulled me closer to him as if to embrace me as I uncomfortably tried to pull away he told me to “twirl” while he looked me up and down. I did as he told me to because at this point I no longer felt safe and started realizing I didn’t have much of option. I tried to pull away and awkwardly told him over and over “thank you I have to go I need to leave.” It wasn’t until I started getting tears in my eyes that he actually let up enough for me to pull away. I’m trying to wrap my head around what happened but all I can think is I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because to me this felt like something he was all to comfortable with doing. I feel like I have to speak up in hopes that I can’t prevent something worse happening. I will never ever go back in there. I realize that while it scared me death, in all actuality it’s probably not prosecutable by law he didn’t get the chance to hurt anyone….yet. My whole reason for even speaking up is because this could happen to someone’s daughter or loved one and whether he realizes it or not things like this break women down little by little. It may not have done physical damage for the world to see but I will never forget how unsafe and small he made me feel.

They fix my phone so well and the price is so cheap. I just wanna break my phone on purpose so I can get it replaced again from them especially the little boy that works there. He’s the best have the best customer service. He literally deserves a raise I love him so much.

The best phone mechanic in town! Fixed my phone when every other shop told me it was no longer useful or fixable! Guy is extra smart!
