This experience was very close to being a one-star review, had it not been for the owner, Terence. Thank you for turning my first visit into a good experience. Upon first entering, the shop’s aesthetic is beautiful. However, after arrival I was left standing for approximately 5–7 minutes without any acknowledgment or interaction. One individual—who was later identified as a co-owner—briefly turned, nodded, and returned to watching TV. At that point, I was already forming my initial impression and preparing to leave. As I turned to exit, Terence walked in and immediately greeted me, which completely changed the experience. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different flower strains available, helping me select what best suited my needs. His customer service was exceptional and truly set the standard for how guests should be treated. Learning afterward that the individual who failed to engage was also an owner was disappointing, as professionalism and customer service should be consistent at that level. Had my visit started with the service Terence provided, this would have easily been a five-star review. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Terence — he’ll definitely take care of you.

I made my first visit yesterday and I am blown away. I got the best customer service from John, one of the co-owners. I also spoke with Terrance and his lovely wife, Leah, who were so kind and helpful. You couldn’t ask to find folks that make you feel more at ease. I had lots of questions and each one was met with knowledgeable answers and John took the time to help me feel more confident in making purchases based off my needs. Their products are high quality and John was able to tell me where each item came from. They have great pricing and you really leave feeling like you went to visit a friend. Yesterday was my first visit but I will be returning to show my support for my new favorite small business.

I stopped by today and met Terrance and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products that are in the store and they only carry high quality products. Would absolutely recommend coming here for any of your cannabis needs. Will stop by when I’m in town again

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. They know their product and listen to what you are looking for. All I have to do is tell them what I’m trying to go for and they point have the best product for it. I highly recommend people check out this small business as it is professionally run and provides a wonderful service.
