The Plug in Shelby is hands-down the best! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are unbeatable, and every product I’ve purchased has been top quality. Consistently an outstanding experience!

All around a great store. The staff is upbeat and knowledgeable. Always a wonderful experience! I know I’ll always leave there in a great mood. I had forgotten my debit card at home and Shannon took cash out of her wallet and covered it without hesitation. Now that’s customer service. She’s awesome and recommended other products I hadn’t even considered and turned out to be way better than what I had hoped for. The Plug has earned a lifelong loyal customer. 10+ stars!!!!

Best prices in town for the quality on their dabs. I have yet to try their bud. Also the people who work here are cool and very helpful. I'll update this when I end up trying the bud!

Stopped by after my work shift this morning for some dabs and the lady running the cashier desk was really kind and made sure to explain the loyalty system to me and had no problem going thru there products with me will def be back
