The store is great the employees are amazing they r nice welcoming knowledgeable they know there stuff always has a great selection of items and if they dont have it they can try to order it for you they will have it there in just a few days

Very rude. My husband called and a few questions about a product for a future reference and the lady was very rude. She has the nerve to ask him if he had anything better to do. Never bought anything from them, and I never will either. I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Was told that my baby was not allowed inside while I tried to buy a cigar. After accepting that because it may or may not be a law, a family member was going to hold her outside while I picked out a cigar. That was when we were told they close in 1 min so we better hurry.
