I've always come here and spend my money never once short or a bum. They even allow smoking inside so when I asked to borrow a lighter I thought it wouldn't be an issue. However the very rude lady behind the counter gave some bullcrap reason as to why I couldn't borrow her lighter and when I asked if I could use one of the stores many lighters she said no not unless you buy one because and get this "nobody wants a half full lighter" as if me using a lighter to light my smoke would have magically used half the fuel in a lighter. What a way to be friendly to smokers ...ill be taking my business elsewhere...where they dont mind if you borrow a lighter every once and a while to paying customers. Jeez lady maybe take a humanitarian lesson. Treat your customers nice, that's how you retain business. Not sure if the people running this place are aware of the staff 🤔

Lady in the store was very rude. I forgot my ID at home and she didn’t ask the two people infront of me for ID. She then proceeds to not even ask any further questions and turns around and won’t respond to me. I would recommend going to Island Smoke Lounge 2 minutes down the road for a better service and a way nicer employee base.

My Daughters boyfriend bought 2 cigars here and wanted to use his Credit Card; they wanted to charge him a minumim of $5.00 for the privilege of using his credit card. I am a business owner and we would never do this to our customers as we are very thankful for each and every purchase and credit cards are a part of every business who wants to offer convienence for payments. The Customer Service and rudeness of Employees/Owner are not acceptable behavior for a business. We live here at Holden Beach and we are very dissapointed; as we support our local businesses.. especially during the winter when business is slow. Why would you alienate your customers? This was our family's 3rd time as a customer and every instance we have experienced rude behavior. I think we have given this store enough chances and will no longer visit or refer anyone to purchase here.

I've noticed this store has gotten some bad reviews so I went and seen for myself. This store is very clean with a big, neat variety of items and accessories you can buy here. The customer service was good, and I was in and out with three bigger items, even though I was behind people playing lottery! All in all, the store is still trying to get into their regular operations, product selection is good, cleanliness and appearance good, and the service is good.

Im in town at my family beach house for the weekend. Just got in around 7:30 and had the "owner" or a guy with longer grey hair refuse service because he shut the register down already. This was only to get rolling papers, I planned to meet with the "owner" the next day to talk business about our new cbd line. But, he refused me business tonight and really upset me! Worst spot until you get out of town, I just hate I thought it would be decent!!
