Normally the dude that’s in here has great service. When I pulled up on December 13. This guy had door locked. Pulled up at 8:55 and have been sitting here. It’s 9:22. This employee that is here obviously doesn’t care about customer service. Now I’ll never shop this store again! Lost a loyal customer

I'm always satisfied with service I get when coming here. They are friendly, and remember you. They have a very knowledgeable staff who stay current on all the latest products. I highly recommend these fine people.

This is one of my favorite places ever. Super friendly staff that take the time to listen. After visiting Urban Vapes I don't see why anyone would go to a different vape shop. A huge selection, and a great experience every single time. What else could you want?

I used to swear by this place, but over the last two years - they have really gone down in quality. It feels like you're "bothering" the staff when you walk in and want to make a purchase. Their selection is pathetic. Also, the last time I bought a bottle of juice from them, I got sick from it. I think it's because it was so old the nicotine had oxidized. I'm sorry, but just stay away. 0 stars.

They have great deals going on under the new management especially the bulk deals And that Kathy lady was a great help selecting a new smoking apparatus!
