Since the new manager took over, this location has been much better stocked. They always make sure to have a box ready for me when I arrive, which I really appreciate. The manager is very professional and has been responsive in addressing any concerns I’ve had, including issues with other staff members. Overall, the service has improved a lot.

I love this store best prices in the area. I have been searching for a specific type of pre-roll and they keep it on stock. I’ve had great experience every single time I’ve come in and even got my brother to start going there. 10 out of 10 stores always clean staff always friendly!!!

Shopped store for the first time today for good quality cigars. Good selection and fair prices. I signed up for their rewards program. Staff was incredibly helpful. As a retired small business owner, I go out of my way to shop local. I have found my local cigar store.

Place is boring and always under stocked. The male working on this day with a mustache is very rude. Makes me think this dump is his. I come in here and spend about 50 bucks a week. I will never walk in the store ever again. Try hiring more intelligent and friendlier people. This employee's not hitting on nothing. Matter of fact I guarantee you're losing few thousands of dollars a week just because of this one employee.

I go to United all the time for my cigars. I often have them hold boxes for me when they get a particular brand I like. Had nothing but good experiences prior to today. I walk in and there is a younger guy at the counter and immediately gave me bad energy with his tone in greeting me. Not even sure why. I say I’ll look at the cigars. He proceeds to stare me down (I could see him watching me the whole time through the reflection from the humidor). I then pick up a box of cigars and head toward the counter when he tries to look away really fast. We proceed to check out and I ask if I had any rewards points from my purchases from before. Although he checked he rolled his eyes and said “you only got 10pts” with a tone like he was irritated. I said ok. I’ll use those and the 10pts for purchasing a box today. He had a big sigh and proceeded. I then asked for a bag and said thanks man have a good day. He said nothing and just turned to started engaging another customer. So I’m not sure who the guy was and maybe he’s having a bad day so I’ll give him some grace. But even in doing that I’m never getting cigars from there again while he’s the attendant because he had a disrespectful tone, acted like I was going to take something from the store, and overall was rude. I’ve been shopping there for longer than he’s worked there. If I could give lower than an1 star I would. But in today’s society that behavior is ok, right?
