⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is hands-down my favorite vape shop. From the moment you walk in, the girls behind the counter always greet you with a warm smile and make you feel welcome—not rushed, not pressured, just treated right. The owner, Sammy, is a genuinely good dude who truly cares about his customers, and that shows in how the place is run. The product variety is excellent, the prices are solid, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Great people, great vibes, and consistently great service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a weekly customer, but the last two times I have came in the cashier was extremely rude. First bad experience, the girl did not want to give information on vapes as I had no idea where to start. Basically she didn’t want to take the time to explain what this or that was so I let it go. This last time however I thought I’d give the store another chance as I have been a customer for years, but the same girl was cashier and was extremely rude. She was on the phone. Seen me standing by the register and proceeded to continue talking on the phone and ignore me. I’m not going back. I’d prefer to purchase elsewhere for my husband’s cigarettes and a vape for me even if it cost more but be guaranteed good customer service. Please do better. Without your customers your business wouldn’t make it. It’s not a good look when your cashiers/ employees are rude. It’s unacceptable given this has happened more than once.

I love this shop 🖤 There are many different selections of items I love in the store! I have never had any kind of problems. All my questions are answered properly if I have any and the guy who is usually working when I go in is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this store personally 💯

Not enough inventory who ever runs the register is clueless. Asked for 3 different products was told they were over there on the shelf after looking and explaining to the associate what it looked like I was told I don’t have a clue what your talking about. 20 mins wasted of my time.

Olivia had several people there and she dealt with everyone with respect, and was quick to help. Almost couldn’t make up my mind buying a gift and she showed me several items.
