Amazing customer service. I go to a lot of vape/smoke shops and typically stick to a root. This one by far treats locals perfectly. Is very welcoming. And offers a huge selection. Paired with great prices I’d recommend someone drive the 5 minutes over the bridge anytime

Used to be a pretty chill place but here lately staffs been super shady and the new staff coming in isn’t half as friendly as the old staff total different vibe guess I need to find a new place to go oh and their prices aren’t accurate just saying and they keep going up.

Max and Alex are always very professional, and pleasant. One of the only places in Wilmington, I feel safe and welcomed if you get my drift. If your looking for the best price, with the best hospitality in town, this is the spot! We have to make sure this place successful, shout out to them 💯💯💯

Great customer service. I dislike any shopping, but always enjoy my experience at this location

Good store, but new white employee with beard is passive aggressive and was not nice to deal with during a simple vape purchase
