Hurts me to put this review up. Quality is dropping here. Too much variety and not enough care in the items customers want. I’ve asked for certain things for ages and promises always never fulfilled. So I’m stuck trying other things that I really don’t want in the first place, just to get home and open the product and it’s unusable. I opened unusable products for the last time. I love the people here, but you guys have been distracted by something far too long for me to ignore it anymore. I used to get top notch customer service here, but lately, I’ve been ignored, all the way through checkout. Get your face out of your phone when you’re dealing with customers. You’ve lost me.

Employee was rude , refused to get off his phone , ignored my request for product 3 times tried to give me the wrong cigarettes ,then raised his voice to me when I asked him a question,young curly headed boy, seems like he's not ready to handle sales to the public. Might want to train them not to cuss out the customers unless the customer cussed them first or at all.overall a good store for years but now I don't know good luck on who your teller is. Lol the owner just called me a liar when he clearly didn't watch his security camera, employee got mad after I complied with his request then asked him why. This was just a case of an employee with a poor attitude.who was offended when he was asked for a simple explanation. If I'm lying please post the video. It's the next day no video, I'd hide what he did if I was you as well. Having read your other reviews it's obvious you just call everyone a liar when you make a mistake.

Great variety of products, and very good prices. All in all it is a good place to buy your vape and other smoking items. This review was given a few weeks prior to my last visit. My most recent visit turned out to be a disaster, one of the employees or the owner(not sure which he is) was selling single pre rolls for $11.99 per 3. Now a new person I never met wants us to pay $11.99 each. Her average purchases are almost $330. Per month at this store. No longer a customer, she found another more honest shop.

Sold me a fake elfbar. The top vape is the one I purchased and the bottom is one a few days old that is real. The qr code takes you to a fake site and putting the code into the real website results in an invalid message. Would never purchase from here again! You can copy and check the security code for yourself.
