Kate was genuinely so helpful whene deciding what type of delta to go with as well as helping me pick my cigs. The shop is clean and well stocked and always has what I need when I visit. Definitely one of the top 3 shops in Winston-Salem.

Recently had a wonderful experience at Mr Puffer. I was looking for some juice and a coil. I was greeted by a lovely girl named Shae who quickly guided me to the precise coil for which I was looking. Unfortunately, I only wanted one coil and normally the boxes of five can not be broken down and separately sold. However, another associate by the name of Kate said she would break the rules for me and allow me to purchase just the one coil. Both of these ladies were extremely helpful and I look forward to frequenting this establishment in the future.

I came here just to check it out and everything was amazing . This was my first time and I love it ! Kate was very helpful and sweet she was so nice

One of the BEST shops I've EVER visited! Has just about ANY & EVERYTHING you can think of & MORE! Store clerk Kate made the experience come full circle; she went above and beyond to assist me with my needs and was extremely down to earth, patient, and likeable!

I had a perfect experience at Mr. Puffer Tobacco and Vape Shop! The prices are unbeatable, the product quality is top-notch, and the customer service is outstanding. The staff is highly knowledgeable and always ready to help with great recommendations. One thing that sets this shop apart is their big cigar room, offering an amazing selection for cigar lovers. They also have a wide range of THCA and THCP products, which I haven’t found anywhere else! What impressed me the most was how clean and well-organized the shop is, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Because of my great experience, I had to write this long review. Highly recommended!
