Just got the rudest service from the Indian guy working there at 8:30 tonight. He wouldn’t get me a drink from the drive thru when it’s obviously a drive thru so that I can order what I want. He continued to tell me to get it myself and was trying to serve other customers because he didn’t want to get my drink. I asked to call the manager he wouldn’t, I asked got his name he wouldn’t give it, then closed the door on my face and threatened to call the police. So very disgraceful when I’ve been coming here 3 yrs and never had an issue:

I just left this store in tears. I have never felt more humiliated and dismissed. I spent 56.72 on 4 pods but realized they were the wrong kind before I got out of the store. I told him I purchased the wrong thing and he told me no money back. I told him I didn't want money back I wanted to exchange. I was looking for vapes that would come close to the 56.72 that I spent. I got 2 vapes that cost $22 a piece. He tried to give me a pod that I did not want. He told me to go. He kept my punch card where you buy 5 and get one free. And he kept $10 of my money instead of giving me a choice of something else to make up the 56.72 that I had just spent. I was utterly shocked at how I was treated and spoken to. He also locked the door and left the store. He walked toward the shopping center beside the vape shop. My daughter and I sat and waited to try and understand what he did with my transaction. A total of six cars came and could not get into the store.

I love this place, they always have what I need and wonderful service. Plus the drive through is so convenient. Kate helped me out today, she was so sweet and got me everything I needed!!

I don't come to this vape shop a lot an I wont be going back that man working today was rude I asked him 3 questions and he never answered me. He made me feel like I was not wanted by the way he.spoke to me when he decided to speak to me. Look at all the names of the people leaving positive reviews. I'm just saying

Favorite place to go. The ladies take such good care of us. It’s gotten better since that one creep left that people wrote reviews about. He would hit on me even when I was uncomfortable. I feel a lot safer being in there when the girls are working.
