This is a great store! I’m in and outta here almost everyday. Most of the employees know me and already have what I want on the counter before I even get to it. That kinda service means a lot!

1,000 stars to Mike! This cashier needs a movie made after him! He knows what I want before I walk in the store, almost like he can tell the future. He has great advice, knows the product, Deserves a raise, he keeps this business updated with what I want (Xtra large MONSTER Energy Drinks) and 100% professionally respectful! Mike, you are the bees, knees!

I always have an amazing experience at Smokerz whenever I come in for my hookah supplies. The customer service is top-tier, and Mike is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and knows his products well. Because of Mike and the great service, Smokerz is my go-to spot every time. Highly recommend!

I was super happy to have this place so close and it’s open late! I honestly loved it until the paranoid manager accused me of working for Apotheca. He refused to sell to me. Said I talk to his employees and “look around too much.” A vendor tag from the comic con was the trigger. No amount of explaining myself would convince him otherwise. Told me to leave with a smile on his face. There are like 5 options in that half mile stretch so feel free to try another.

I used to go here for anything I needed. Until I kept getting the run around and lied to about a product the cashier told me he'd order. I went two times after they didnt have it in stock and was told "the entire stock of it was sold already" and he'd order more. I ended up paying 3 to 4 times as much as id hoped for each time i went back on another product due to not being able to go to another shop. Id give 5 stars if I didnt have to waste time and money just to get told they dont have it yet again. Maybe put your phone number on Google so that people dont waste their time coming in.
