I’ve been a regular here since I moved to Winston-Salem and this shop rocks! The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable about their products and helpful with getting you set up for what you need. The ambience of the store is well-maintained and comfortable; not too sterile or scary. I love Smokey Shay’s and will always keep coming back

Very disappointed i bought this about 5 months ago and lost it during some hospitalizations I had and it doesn’t function the glass is sealed inside so no air gets in as a manufactured error I expected at least a 50 percent off due to the last time time I purchased an incense holder it was not put in my bag and I had to drive back for it and was given a 20 percent coupon, I was offered a 20 percent coupon again as well today. After I showed the one in my wallet it didn’t matter it’s apparently my fault their product wasn’t crafted right. so it’s sad to see a local favorite be so harsh just wanted to share for other locals!

Definitely recommend hitting up smokeys. Been here few times and customer service is always great. Helped me make decision on new puffco piece. Will be back for sure. Thanks again!

How many people have this company ripped off that can not do math. I tried to order a product that costs 29.99. They call me, tell me shipping was just under 7 dollars, then tell me the total is over 50 dollars. Tried to blame it on tax, but 8% which is .5 percent higher than tax here, added onto 37 dollars is certainly not over 50 bucks, it should be barely UNDER 40, this is unacceptable and I will be contacting the NC department of revenue to have this company thoroughly audited, any money they have collected beyond the sales tax needs to not only be handed over to the state, but also prosecuted in a court of law, therefore I will also contact the NCDOJ for criminal charges to be levied on behalf of consumers.

My experience yesterday was top-notch! Cole did an awesome job helping me find the carb cap I was looking for, along with the correct size banger that will fit properly. It works phenomenally with my glass and terp pearl! I received excellent customer service, along with seeing a shop full of glass pieces/accessories, and tons of discounted items. I'll be sure to check this place out again whenever I'm running low on supplies!
