I visited on slow Sunday evening, when I walked in I was not greeted, sat myself on a very worn and beat up couch. Lasers were shining in my face, not a very laid back environment. A man finally noticed us and brought over a menu. We ordered one bowl of Starbuzz Passion Fruit, they use quick light coals and provided no tongs. I immediately noticed that the bowl was far too over packed. The taste was initially bad, about 15 minutes into the session it was extremely burnt (due to the overpacked bowl). We tried saving it before that 15 minute mark by asking for tongs, rotating the coals and cooling down the bowl, was very very bad experience. If I were a first time hookah smoker, and this was my first time, I would never do it again. To top. It all off that terrible bowl was $15, way too expensive for their customer service and product. I don't know how they Arron business still.
