Excellent customer service. I always thought it was overkill how they ask you to make sure your purchases function as intended before you leave the store. That's until the battery failed on one of my purchases. They noticed and happily handed me another identical product...which promptly failed, and then another, and another. Not their fault, the manufacturer sent them a bunch of duds! They still offered me a superior product for free just for the hassle they didn't even cause. Pure class. Excellent customer service.

Bought a pen vape from here. On advice from dude behind the counter I tried it before I left. It worked and continued to work but after charging it it stopped working. I returned to the store since I never bought a pen vape before I just went in for advice really. But the same dude was behind the counter and he was everything BUT helpful as a matter of fact he was rude and not very understanding! Now I’m stuck with a pen I paid 35 dollars for that doesn’t work. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ll stick to the smoke shop in Kent!!!
