The lady at the counter had the most amazing positive attitude. I walked in and I was greeted with a smile. She also offered me some mints and it made me feel very welcomed. I know it’s just a vape shop but the positive attitude, conversations great selections, and warm welcomes makes this feel like a second home.

This is hands down the best smoke shop in Amelia. Not only do they have an amazing selection of merchandise, but their customer service is truly unmatched. From the moment we walked in, Mounira and Mike made us feel like family. Mounira is incredibly elegant, warm, and welcoming. She genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door and goes above and beyond to make sure each customer feels valued and leaves with a smile. Her kindness and attention to detail really stand out. Mike brings such a fun and comforting energy to the shop. He has the best sense of humor, always keeps everyone laughing, and creates an environment that feels relaxed and inviting. Together, they make the perfect team. Every time we visit, it feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere, the service, and the people make it a place you never want to leave. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for not just great products, but an unforgettable experience.

I've only been here twice but have had extremely amazing customer service. The first time, we got a great deal on a cart battery because we didn't have enough money. The second time, the sweet lady gave us a free drink. Appreciate how much selection is here as well and is always looking clean and organized. Great business hours as well! Will be coming back.

Best customer service hands down! They are the MVP of smoke shops 😎 Even my daughter loves the people there. That says something! 😲 Monthly raffles. I won a TV! They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Competitive all around place that can't be beat by any one around, facts. They got ya at this smoke shop! 😄
