Huge variety of awesome items, and I love the galaxy space theme, the store hours are very convenient too. The manager, however, doesn't really seem to care for his business, I went twice. First time, was only there for a few minutes, he doesn't seem to be much a social person because he really minimizes anything we'd say and he was focusing on his phone, we had bad vibes so we left, I just figured he was too busy, because it was only a few days after opening. A week later, we were planning on visiting "the CBD store" right across the street from Galactic Vape, but found out they were closed already, so we decided to give another shot there, and it was an even worse experience. As we walked in, he hadn't gave us a welcome of any sort, just looked at us and looked back on his tablet. We were just looking more on some items, genuinely considering on trying some gummies and vapes, but he was too focused on talking to his teammates while playing Fortnite/PUBG mobile video game. My uncle asked him the same question twice with no response, then he said "hello?" and he noticed, so he had to ask again. As we don't know much about vapes, he didn't really give us any knowledge other than what was in the box, so it was an even worse experience the second time, so we just left empty handed. The next day, we visited "the CBD store," while they have less product, they do have vapes, tinctures, utensils, gummies, etc, just only their own products with no 3rd party vendors. The CBD store is VERY professional and well knowledgeable of their products, even with a free sample. Galactic Vape has some serious competition right around the road, they are professionals, Galactic Vape, from my experience, was VERY unprofessional. With all due respect, I definitely do hope you the best, but unless you change your mindset and be more sociable and ask if they're wanting anything, and be more vocal on other's questions and ignore video games when a customer is over, then the next time I'll be over would be your clearance sale.
