I am afraid I have a complaint! Not with the staff, they're GREAT!! Management has told staff that they will not allow them to accept any tips anymore. I was very saddened to learn this knowing the joy it gave me to brighten their day a little by blessing them the way I have been blessed ! You can say ,thanks for doing a good job ,but that alone does not put food on your table! Please raise awareness of this if you agree with me this policy should be changed !!!

Friendly staff. I believe her name was Rachel, was very helpful and accommodating. Was able to find what I need there without having to order online. For those looking for Black Buffalo, they carry it here and keep it in stock.

This place needs to be shut down. I’m contacting the city of Ashland. Overpriced, rude and A very nasty store. And their pre-rolls are stale and don’t even do anything for you. False advertisement.

Great little store with a friendly staff. I was in the area doing some hospice work. Kayla/Kyla can't remember which was her name but I'll always remember her spirit and smile. This is the Walmart of tobacco and the prices were great
