The girl with the dark hair kind of emo?? always helps me and I’m honestly disappointed when she’s not there she’s always very honest with me about products I would like/dislike and she’s very patient and outgoing the store is also always clean and they have a great vape and wrap selection

Beth Frances, such a very sweet and honest lady. Has 6 kids and is taking care of customers. Truly a woman of praise. That lady deserves so much. People like her are the reason businesses stay afloat. If I had the option to hire somebody in my establishment I'd give her the first ring. That woman cares about her customers.

Employees are always super nice and amazing. However most of the cigars and king palms seem as if they have been sitting on the shelves for a long time. 90% of the ones I have bought were dry and breaking apart

I adore the employees n even enjoy their vap products. But what I don't like is the policy on refunds for vaps that allll of sudden n die. Owner says call manufacturer n get refund 'MAYBE" they wouldn't if you didn't personally purchase from them. Please supply list of manufacturer that WILL refund us if your newly purchased 7 gram vap that cost $45.00 allllllll sudden quits working. Come on do better please
