This is not Necessarily A bad review. But they had a clearance sale table out, we get to checkout and pay for everything about to head out the door and I checked the receipt it said we paid full price for everything! Apparently it didn't start until the next day! Even though they had everything out tables up just sitting there. It would have been nice for someone to tell us that before we bought everything. We returned everything and left. We don't go to this on a lot so we were a little upset.

Some of the aisles have so much freight sitting in them you can't get down them and it hasn't changed in 3 weeks. Same stuff just sitting on freight carts. Employees are usually up in the front office or by the registers talking, rarely see anyone stocking. Store is a complete mess

I am a regular here, and employees have implied that I'm a shoplifter twice now. Once by someone who is long gone, and earlier today by an older lady, who I'm guessing was a regional/district/area manager because she couldn't be bothered to wear a uniform or nametag. The regular cashiers are amazing, or else this would be a 1 star review. Regardless, I don't need more confrontation in my life so I will shop elsewhere.

This location used to be the best when Bev was there. Since they have incorporated Ray to this location from his previous location in Blanchester, not only are shelves in chaos from his lack of ability as manager to set the store as its supposed to be. You will also encounter negative attitudes specifically from Ray. You also have items spread across the floors in various aisles, nothing is organized not to mention if you bring up any issues to upper management nothing will get done. I'd suggest you go to family dollar for better customer service

I visit this location 2 or 3 times a month and have never had an unpleasant encounter with staff. Good selection and well stocked for what a dollar general store regularly offers. I have always had a positive experience at this location.
