The attendants were transparent about their minimal knowledge of cigars, but professional and willing to help. I spent $81.72 on six cigars. Three out of six were cracked, stale, and unable to smoke (I'm unsure of two because they were birthday gifts). I refund on three would suffice.

If you get the woman with the Yoda tattoo, don't buy anything. I was sold an open box vape mod, which the tank kept on falling off every time you would barely tap it up against something, and she did not inform me that all sales were final. Then she proceeded to tell me that's how The vape is supposed to work. Even though I just walked out to my car and walked back in. And then she got mad that I wanted to take a picture of the receipt of the return because she would not print it out for me. Also, she had an attitude from the second I walked in there. Sorry to leave a bad review but you guys need better staff. If I had the guy at the counter who I bought stuff off the first time, I'd give you guys five stars.

So unfortunately I forgot my vape today and I work in blue Ash so I decided I would try this store since the other one I usually go to has been out of 0% nicotine vapes. Not only are their prices nearly $15 more than any other vape store that I've been in in the last six months but the lady behind the counter was nasty. If you're going to charge premium prices maybe you should be a nice person! I won't be back.

I’m a regular customer at this location the two Alex and Zoe are great! Both knowledgeable and always helpful. The newest person that they have is trash. Makes me not even want to come in anymore unless I know the other two are there. She has an attitude and moves slow. She doesn’t even seem like she knows what she is even doing.

Lefty’s is dope! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also had all my favorite brands for vapes and other smoking equipment.👌🏻🔥
