I'd give MINUS 5 if I could! Not only will I never spend another penny in there, I'll be telling all my friends to go elsewhere. I had THE most horrible and bizarre experience at this store yesterday! I'd be willing to bet it was Melissa, mentioned in another 1 star review. As I was exiting the store, a delivery guy was coming in the back door with a dolly loaded with product. It's a narrow hallway so I moved ONE foot to the right to get out of his way for a few seconds so that he could pass. All of the sudden this woman raises her voice and verbally and physically assaults/pushes me, saying "you can't be there, you can't be there!" And then physically pushes me to the left and back. Mind you, I had no idea that the space I was in was an employee area. There is no sign or anything to indicate that it is a staff only space. And she also said "if you want to get out of the way you can't be here, you can be over there," so she KNEW that I was just trying to be polite and give the delivery person some room to do their job. She is lucky that I didn't call the police -- her laying hands on me is assault. But it all happened so fast -- in hindsight I might have looked to see if there were cameras or not, because if there aren't then it likely becomes he said/she said. I honestly do not think I have ever in my life experienced such bizarre, unprovoked, unwarranted RUDENESS at a business!? Not even in places like NY, etc. The woman is clearly mentally unstable and/or on some kind of power trip! This is not normal behavior and it's completely unacceptable! The "funny" thing is, I'm not even sure if she was working at the time, as she was not the person who hung up my purchase. Anyway, whoever this woman is, she seriously needs to go. I know a LOT of people and I'll be telling every last one to avoid this place for their tobacco needs and will encourage them to tell all their friends the same thing -- word of mouth can do wonders. One or my friends related another story about some rudeness as well -- he said he placed his order at the drive-thru and tried to give her his card, but the woman said "I'll take your card when I ask for it!" Which is rude, but also inefficient. Cuz "her way" she has to go get the product, come back, get the card, ring it up, and then bring it back. If she'd just take the card, she could grab product, ring it up, bring both the card and product back, it's quicker. So not only was she rude, she was made more steps/work for herself and made the customer wait longer.

I’m tired of going to get a pack of smokes and get treated like shit.Melissa needs to go she is the only one there that acts like that. Not good for business everyone I talk to says she acts the same to them it’s unnecessary if you don’t like what you do get out and do everyone a favor.

i’ve gotten north vapes from here a couple of times and i’ve had 3 that have been broken never have issues getting them anywhere else

Don't know the name of the lady who works mornings but I'm guessing her name is mellisa but is very rude and is not good for buisness.
