I've always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I stopped in to purchase a Geek Bar, and before I even had a chance to decide which one I wanted, the employee behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed that she might have to use the step stool to reach one on the top shelf. When I looked over after she asked about it, she responded with dismissive body language and an impatient "hello?" gesture that made me feel rushed and unwelcome. My boyfriend and I have experienced this several times throughout the summer. So I guess just be prepared if you want a Geek Bar to know the exact location or cross your fingers it isn't on the top shelf.

I went in to buy a damn lighter... accidentally spent $100!!! Alli was absolutely incredible!!! She didn't try to sell me anything but recommended some stuff that I couldn't pass up! The other girls were super sweet as well. They were also super gorgeous which is always nice!!! You're a rock star Alli, thanks again!!!

Prices are really high compared to my go to stores. On that note, you never have to question the quality or authenticity of products here like you do at some other shops. Staff is nice. Hours are extended. If they could just run a bogo program or a better rewards that would even help offset high prices. Online I can buy item for $17.99, if I have yo buy in this store it is $29.99. Almost double.

They sell counterfeit vapes. Bought 4 Geek Bars from them and all 4 tasted completely wrong. After hitting one of the vapes they sold me for an hour, I got light headed and threw up. Not even gonna bother with their "exchange policy", why would I want a different fake product. Yikes.
