Very nice guys. They are very personable and they have a pretty good selection of devices.

Clean store, amazing glass from all over the USA, great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for that special something with quality. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Quite impressed with the establishment and its entirety.

I have been in this store a handful of time since Joe has been the owner. The new management is absolute trash. The people they have working in the store are rude. They downgrade their customers and act like they know so much more than the customer when honestly, they don't even listen to their customers . At least two times that I have been in there I have asked for a product and have been told the wrong information . The one gentleman who always seems to be there all the time is very pushy and rude. He makes you feel inadequate of knowledge just by asking questions. I will never be back in the store plus the prices are very overpriced. Customer service is about being helpful to people not making them feel less then because they're asking questions about a product. Do better

I don’t know the owner personally, more as an acquaintance, but I love Joe. Great guy. Always throwing in extras. Had a pipe stolen and he gave me one free of charge with some hairline cracks and told me “if you drop it once it’ll probably break” pipe lasted me 3 years and bounced more times than I can count. Point is, good glass, good people. Support small and local businesses.
