Exceptional customer service and super friendly manager and worker*** I had one of those bad days where two of my personal vapes I had for awhile both went out and died the same day. It was late Saturday night and as a vapor I was trying to find a place open that I could buy a good quality vape. I ran across this vape store and decided to try it. The woman working by herself was super friendly. There were a lot of customers coming in and it was busy. When she got to me she told me that she is not the most knowledgeable with this vape in the picture that I wanted (which is perfectly ok) and she was really kind and helpful with all the customer's. I went ahead and bought it but realized I needed batteries. So I got some batteries and went home but was having some issues trying to turn it on. In the morning I went back and the manager (awesome guy!) got the vape running for me and it is in perfect condition. This vape is more of a higher end vape so it just takes some time to get used to it. He took his time explaining how it works and so on. I will definitely be coming back here and think this is a very great vape shop!

I had an awesome experience at this vape store! The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. But what really made my visit stand out was the customer service—Hailie was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, she took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. They will not replace defective products. Literally walk out turn directly around and say you left the store, when they watched you the whole time.
