i came by got two vapes and one of them would not turn on whatsoever. i called to see what i could do about the problem and asked if i could come back tomorrow morning to try to get another one or at least my money back due to it being $30 and not turning on at all. he told me that the guy that would be there in the morning wouldn’t “like that” or be “okay with that”. my husband did take the phone and asked him “so we can’t come back and get another product since the one you sold us was faulty is what you’re telling me?” the guy on the phone was very dismissive and told him that he doesn’t appreciate the attitude and he didn’t do anything wrong. i should not spend $60 at an establishment to get told that i can’t come back at my earliest convenience due to another worker not being okay with that. moral of the story, check your products before you leave the parking lot and ensure they work to avoid future problems at this establishment because it is very clear they don’t.

There’s 3 vape shops between my house and this place. I find myself zipping by all 3 to get I-Vape’s consistent quality service and fair prices. Regardless of who’s helping me at the time of my visit, the experience has always been positive. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped in today because I had an issue with my big baby Beast that I messed up the coil they were happy to install, primer it and show me how to do it, said they were there for me if I ever needed anything! Really great place! I will definitely be back!

Visiting vape shops is my hobby and I have been to most of the shops in Dayton. I-Vape is the best shop in Centerville, maybe in all of Dayton. They are able to offer the city's best prices for disposable vapes . Their selection has been getting better and better all year and is now exceptional. They have a very good selection of electronic and glass vaporizers. I also found their staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended as Dayton's best choice for vapes and vape supplies.
