My mom went to the Chillicothe ohio western ave location for sleep gummies and told the associate she wanted 10mg sleep indica gummies. She was given a bag that was 7500mg!!!!!!! She was specific because I told her what to ask for because she doesn’t always understand the mg of the packages. I am appalled and very angry. I usually buy/bring her the gummies or we go to sunnyside but u was unable to be with her since I live out of town. I trusted that a business would have more respect for a person especially an older person. I called the location and the phone was answered by a someone who didn’t even identify the business, was yelling to someone else in the shop and kept talking over me. I asked for the manager and was told they’d call me back and I said no I want to speak with the manager and was then told the manager wasn’t present and they’d call me back. While writing this email I received a call from the who I assumed was the shop and it was. It was the manager and I asked why when a customer comes in and asks for a specific milligram and type of gummy would they be sold a product that was so much more potent and powerful. I was told that the manager was the one who sold it and that she was out of sleep gummies and she told my mom how to cut it up so each “piece” would be 750mgs……..how does that even come close to 10mg???? Given that the gummies are tulip shaped…….i did yell because im very angry that a person has a blatant disregard for someone. If I had a way to file a police report and report this location to a drug department I would so fast! The manager even dismissed my concern and said “well your mom is an adult and knows what these are for so whatever”. I hung up and continued this complaint. I usually buy or instruct my mom to get Wyld, wonder or good news gummies 100mg total or 10mg a piece……this has never happened at any other shop or dispensary because they care about their customer. Parking lot was clean. Outside building was clean. Inside was bright, really clean and honestly smelled good. Cashier was really friendly. I forget his name but he was extremely tall...lol Answered all my questions without making me feel stupid like a lot of Vape and tobacco stores so often love doing. I will certainly be a returning customer.

This store has such good variety, and customer service is excellent. The man who works there is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the products this store has and always does his best to take care of the customers needs. BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN. The store is clean, has a fun music selection with, and has the kind of energy that brings people back. 10/10.
