I went in to exchange a Christmas present I received, and the guy that works there was so friendly and awesome he showed me all the vape batteries they had and explained all the pros and cons of the devices he was so knowledgeable and helpful and he took his time to make sure I found the right one and then I ended up getting one that was priced higher and he gave me an extra discount since it was a Christmas present so I got a way nicer one I really recommend shopping here even if it’s just to stop in and say hey to the male clerk that works there he’s super cool and his vibe is amazing!!

I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again. The last 3 years I have seen an ad on television that was a back to school sale. The futon was originally $249, but during the sale for September only, the same futon was advertised for $149. I argued with the person I thought was the manager, later was notified the man was NOT the manager. Since it's been 3 years arguing with store to honor the sale price, I just contacted the main office in Columbus and here is what I asked and response. I asked if the company would honor the Dale price of $149 towards the purchase of a futon equal to or a similar futon and if needed I am willing to pay the difference. The response: the futon is discontinued and they were not willing to honor a sale price because the price now is $359. The original futon discontinued. REMEMBER I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE, WHICH IS $219. The company is not willing to honor sale ads. Be careful neighbors. This false advertising and/or deceptive ads. Be careful doubly when shopping at this store for back to school.
