I'm fairly new to the establishment but T.J. welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like an old friend, from day one! She walked me through their collection of cigars and different varieties to help my selection process go as smooth and stress free as possible. She explained the accessories that they had to offer and even gave me some insight on the store itself. I got a sneak peek at the lounge they had implemented into the establishment. And T.J. herself made small talk feel genuine and I didn't feel like I was just there. Honestly, it was the best walk-through of a place I had in awhile and I enjoyed it. If you're new to cigars like me or an established veteran in the "hobby", I would highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be a reoccurring customer for sure. Thank you, T.J.

Our group had an event here today and they rolled out the red carpet. It was awesome! All the employees were very knowledgeable about cigars. They recently increased the size of their humidor so the selection is magnifique! Special shout out to TJ! She’s great!

I've shopped at both the Monroe location and this location. Both have been good experiences. Bhavik and Sherise have been very helpful, professional, and welcoming. Some cigar stores have employees that come off as very uptight and as if they know more than you about cigars and like they don't want you wasting their time by being there. Most customers just want a nice and knowledgeable person able to make you feel comfortable with your purchase; you can find that here! I've spent plenty of $$$ here and plan on going back for all my cigar needs!

Friendly staff and customers with a comfortable lounge! Glad I stopped in during my stay. Highly recommend giving them a visit! Staff and their regulars are very knowledgeable on cigars and will be able to give you any recommendations if needed 10/10

Best customer experience I've had in a long time. Dave is amazing. He'll tell you all about the different types of cigars, different cuts, and everything else you could possibly ask for. They even have a lounge!!
