Love the new Cashier they have now I believe her name is Echo. She was very knowledgeable and she always has a very great positive attitude and a wonderful smile to go with it. You need to hire more workers like her I almost stopped coming to this vape shop until you hired her because some of the customer service from the other workers is very sub par and customer service is what keeps a shop like this going for many years. So the five star rating is for her and her alone had it not been for her this would be a 2 star post

Have been here over a handful of times all months apart. Every single time I come in though I get the greatest customer service and prices and selection that anyone could ask for time and time again they impress me. I highly recommend this location. The staff are great and probably one of the best qualities of the place. Haven’t been to a better smoke shop.

it is really not hard to have accurate business hours posted. i cannot tell you how many times i’ve driven up here and the door was locked. mother’s day isn’t a business closure holiday, and honestly as someone mourning this mother’s day— it’s pretty obnoxious to be sitting here almost an hour after you were supposed to open empty handed. i rarely shop here and things like this contribute to why.

They are selling counterfeit Stundenglass gravity bongs. I already told who I thought was the owner because they charged me $60 for a $6 can of butane, before Thanksgiving, so I had to go back to fix that because I was in a rush... Thanksgiving... thankfully, they did fix the butane charge... however, I told them about the bong, i offered to bring mine in to show them, he said, "No, thanks, not necessary." I went today to see if they still are selling the bongs... they are... here's the review of their business and a pic

They sell fake carts i bought a muha from them and had every proof that it wasn’t authentic and they wouldn’t give a refund or exchange for something even lower very mad with service and selling fame products isn’t safe id give 0 stars if i could!!
