I am currently in the store. There is a man named Riley who is being excessively rude. I walked in and he jumped up like he was sleeping in the chair. I showed him the pod I needed and he snapped at me. He tried to ring me up for the incorrect pod. He condescendingly snapped at me every time I had a question. Absolutely appalling and horrible customer service.

The only Vape shop I go to. Really friendly and always helpful. BEST PRICES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SELECTION. Update 1/13/26 Still the only vape shop I do business with. They are the truly the best around. They have never disappointed and truly value their customers. I know I'm going to get good legitimate products & fabulous customer service every time.

Super chill shop! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I go here at least once a week for all my pod systems replacements (tons of variety in pods) at great pricing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone that vapes.

I like to support local shops. This one is down the road. I've been to a few places, I prefer King Vapers over the rest. Extremely helpful, fantastic customer service and a very relaxed atmosphere. The folks there seem like great people. I'm relatively new to Vaping. Every time I want to invest more into it, they always have what I'm looking for. I go there weekly and will continue to do so.

I was in on Sunday. Not knowing what flavors I would like he took his time out and found me a good flavor. I'm working on trying to quit cigarettes. He was very sociable, and customer service was on point. He also helped me find a new tank for my vape. Funny thing is I went there by accident because a competitor was not open. Thank you so much and made me a customer for life.
