I’ve bought countless things off their website. Everything I’ve ever purchased from here doesn’t show up on time ever and it’s always a week late to get to me. Just like what I bought 2 weeks ago and STILL hasn’t shown up🤷‍♂️Cherry on top we’re sorry here’s 10$ back from the 40$ you spend everytime on shipping alone. Last time for me

I've been going to this place for years. I normally visit the one on Jefferson. I've been to the one on Colerain twice. The one dude was so rude he acted as if people of color didn't belong in the establishment. I will never patronize this spot again!

They are never opened on time it seems. I have tried to visit several times and the doors have been locked. Today I went at about 9:45, doors locked and lights out. This will be my last attempt.

This place sucks they literally don't do anything that any other vape shop does. Save your time, just go to the other shop

Stitches and crew are great. Zero complaints. Great customer service, great selection. Easily best shop in the area. 5/5 10/10 100/100 whatever ya wanna call it 5 stars all around.
