This is the second time that I have bought products from the store and they did not work properly. As soon as I went to get an exchange, they told me that I’m not allowed to have one. If you sell someone a product that doesn’t work it is your responsibility to give me an exchange. And the fact that you guys used to know exchange rule it’s just a really weak excuse not to give anybody a refund or give them a product that works.

They never open on time. They rarely have what I want and I am substituting. At least the store is usually clean.

Great service and reliable customer service and good people good clean store good cheap vape prices come check it out

I have been to all of the shops in the Cincy area and this VIP store is by far the best one. It’s located right across the street from Kroger in Clifton near the UC Campus. They have a wide range of products and many specialized brands. The team that operates this store is top tier. The store manager, Wael is a down to earth business man who appreciates business to customer relationships. He is very helpful with sourcing new product lines and going after the best prices on the market. One of his team members, named Moh pretty much runs the store on a day to day basis. Moh is sharp with a good memory which is helpful when customers are in a hurry running in and out he remembers what they typically buy and can provide helpful recommendations. I’ve been to other stores in the area that have employees who don’t understand customer support. One employee at a shop down the street once told me that he doesn’t care about customer satisfaction because he doesn’t make anymore money. Pretty ridiculous especially when customers are spending 50-100$ per store visit. Moh and the VIP team do care and they do take care of their customers at a high level. Not to mention it is a friendly welcoming atmosphere which adds to the business to customer relationship. Overall, I rate this VIP a 10/10 and would suggest taking a trip to see for yourself. There are other stores popping up in the area and I can tell you from first hand experience their prices are much higher than VIP. I’ve done the math and certain product lines at competing stores are ranging from a 70-86 % Gross Margin. That is absolutely way too much especially in today’s economy. VIP has very reasonable margins because they understand the current financial atmosphere and want their customers to come back satisfied. If you stop in VIP, say hello to Moh and I guarantee he will be happy to work with you on whatever you are inquiring about! -G-

VIP Clifton is by far the best smoke shop in the Clifton area. they have the widest and best selection of vapes and the prices are always reasonable. Mo is the guy who is always working and he is awesome and friendly, he always takes care of me quickly. They even have cold drinks available. My favorite smoke shop for sure.
