Not what it used to be. Deceptive. Purchased a device that failed after one day. When attempting a return, I was told it was illegal to possess and equivalent to an open container, which is incorrect under Ohio law. I was also told that the devices never fail, when in fact at least every 1/10 do in my experience. No return or exchange was offered. So I called a friend who owns a vape shop up north and he told me everything he said was made up. Edit: secondly the sudden influx of new reviews is odd. They went over a month without a new review and then suddenly blazing positive reviews after I write my negative one

Vapor Haus is just different, a step above the rest is still an understatement. Ty and Sammi are always awesome, save yourself the trouble and just come here first don't waste your time going anywhere else in Englewood, seriously!

Great selection of products but the website to look up prices is horrible.

I wish every store had an employee as helpful and kind as the service I received today from Alexia. She was helpful in choosing a brand and flavor for my choosing by asking questions of what it was that I liked and what I wanted. There's so many options within the store that for her to take the time and inform me of what else is a possibility from recommendation, as opposed to the risk of buying, is highly appreciated by me as a customer.
