I unfortunately cannot give this location the best review. I made a solo visit to Cigar Cigars during a work trip in Cleveland. For starters - their cigar selection was paltry; most of the boxes on the shelves were empty. The pricing on what they did have was good so I made due, but that was disappointing. Next, I think they have a sitting fee for visitors, but I came in ~1hr before closing and I wasn't charged. The place has two floors: first floor is the shop and the 2nd floor is the lounge. When I went upstairs, the place was empty (which is fine) but my issue was the cleanliness. The space was not well kept; all the chairs were worn, several areas had ash on the floor, and the bathroom was extremely untidy. I was there roughly 45 minutes and while someone came by to check on me... I think he was going to the bathroom (and figured he would kill two birds with one stone.) In closing, the sticks weren't expensive, and the upstairs is a decent size. If you're not particular, by all means stop in and give them a try. That said I can't recommend this location because I expect more service, a larger selection and a cleaner space.

We loved taking a rest for an hour to enjoy a cigar. The staff was very nice and helpful. The smoking lounge is on the second floor and has that comfy and worn vibe with large windows.

I stopped in here on Saturday evening with a few friends on a bachelor party. It was perfect. The place was clean, elegant, and comfortable. A really relaxing environment to enjoy a cigar with friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were really knowledgeable, and were very good about educating us about various things, without a hard sell or sales pitch. They have an excellent selection of cigars as well. Now that I've found this place, I will definitely return.
