My brother and I recently visited the 130th location of Planet of the Vapes—he was shopping for a vape, and I was looking for a 510 battery. This was actually my second time being helped by Emmy, and once again, she made the experience great. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different products in the store. Emmy really stood out with her expertise, especially when it came to vape juices and helping me choose the right 510 battery. The one she recommended turned out to be perfect, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The store itself also has a really cool vibe, with plenty of unique items to check out—and they even have an alligator, which was definitely a fun surprise! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Been coming here weekly or bi weekly for years now since I live around the block. Talk to the employees all the time and have a great relationship with them. I went in today because a grinder I bought from them broke so I needed a new one, and I was in there Sunday to pick up some wraps for the week because I still had a couple packs left. Finally opened them yesterday and both packs were completely dried out and they broke as I tried unrolling them. So I stop in to get my grinder and get the stale wraps replaced, to my surprise now theyre telling me they can't do anything about it and gave me zero excuse why. So you can sell stale wraps to your loyal customers but won't take responsibility when you sell a bad product? Very disappointing. This isn't my main account, I've already left a review on my main account so I'm using my business one to make sure yall see where you messed up. The wraps are like $1.50, so you're willing to lose out on a faithful and loyal customer over $3.00? Smh I told her to keep the grinder and I'll just buy both my wraps and a new grinder on Amazon. I can get a 25 pack of the same wraps for $19.99 and the same grinder for the same price and they'll bring it to me. Great way to treat your customers, I won't be back in all because you couldn't take responsibility for a bad product. Thanx for the years of service, but you won't see me or my hard earned money again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like this shop deserved one. Ive been looking for alternatives to smoking cigarettes for my mom, and had visited 3 other shops prior to this one but the employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and were not helpful. Made me not want to ask too many questions, but that wasn’t the case here. When I walked in I was greeted by Angeles, she helped answer all my questions and was very informative. I actually feel bad about how much I was asking her, but in the moment she made me comfortable enough to do so. Thank you so much for helping me learn and find what I needed to!! Love the shop name btw 😂

Emmy was amazing! We chit chatted and she helped me find the products I was looking for. Definitely will be back. Oh and Al the alligator is just the cutest store employee!

I love this store. Prices are always the lowest in town. Angeles helps me each time i go in. Always nice and personable. Quick service and they even give a free bottled water with purchase 😆.
