Modern clean amazing customer service Unique Glass pipes and water pipes decorating the shelves was definitely worth the visit Great location with amble parking RECOMMENDED SMOKE SHOP to smokers who enjoy water pipes Newest vape and hookah tobacco Prices were reasonable

The shop is clean, colorful and inviting. I asked questions about a lot of items and Guy was very knowledgeable. I'll go back again just to talk to him very nice and respectful young man. I wish him good fortune in his endeavors. I received discount because I visited Empire Beauty Supply first.

THIS IS THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN CLEVELAND!!! I was treated like family from day one. The products are priced fairly and customer service is excellent. I appreciate them.

Sold me a broken butter squishy left it in the package , didn’t offer a replacement or refund

Owner is very friendly, down to earth, and very accommodating. Of the 30+ shops I've been to, I felt the most taken care of here. Thank you 🙏
