Lady here today 11/16/25 was very rude to me, she completely ignored my questions and would not help me find what I was trying to buy, she was more focused on my bicycle which was placed out of the way and in no way effecting anything or anyone. I was the only person in the store. Ended up not buying anything and will not come back

Customer Service at this location is outstanding and the staff themselves are very sweet. I Purchased a Hookah rig during my visit and they made sure I had everything I needed, they even gave me a 15% discount on the rig itself. Also, Great deals on vapes and tobacco/shisha!!

I grabbed something that I didn’t want and tried to get a refund for it. The lady had trouble getting the refund and when she had it on the credit card screen it didn’t work. She accidentally gives me a receipt that she says I CAN COME BACK ANYTIME TO REDEEM WITH so I accept it and move on. Few days past and I go to the place and try to redeem the receipt and the lady tells me she can’t because she doesn’t have access to do it and for me to come back at a later date to redeem it. I’m a regular customer and I just think this is ridiculous. So much time wasted to be told twice I can’t get something because of what THEY DID. Wow. Other than that they’re cool.
