Excellent hookah supply shop. The shopkeeper Matt was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I went to buy a hookah, heat management device, and shisha, and he patiently helped me decide between my options and made sure I was getting quality products that fit my needs. Highly recommend!

Whoever works nights should be fired…horrible customer service. I buy a fogger pod which for one is way over priced $26.99 they are $15.99 EVERYWHERE else. Then it’s not even full I’ve never bought one not full and it doesn’t pull right. I proceed to tell the guy immediately after I buy it and he tells me with an attitude “I opened it in front of u” and “you have to charge it” I’ve never had this problem. So rather then fixing it you rather loose a customer? Save yourself some money and avoid crappy service and just go somewhere else 💯 Edit: 10 minutes charging and it still won’t work right

Came in around 11 PM on a Saturday to browse glass (currently in the market for a specific style of pipe) before stocking up on incense while we waited for food ordered next door. Not sure if employee or owner but though they are allegedly open until 1 AM after just a couple minutes we were abruptly told he had "better shit to do" and to buy something immediately or stop wasting his time. I was taken aback and left immediately.

Hands down best place to get hookah supplies. Threw a party and they not only had everything we needed but their customer service is better than any hookah shop I’ve ever been to. 15/10, would highly recommend! Friendly, competitively priced and the best customer service there is.

The owner was very helpful explaing how things work since it was my 1st set up. He asked questions about what I knew and what I expected to get out of the new set up. I will tell my family and friends about this location because the owner was very knowledgeable! A.j was helpful too he was the friend of the ownwr. Both guys were great qnd helpful. The store is welcoming and clean.
