I'm from Michigan and I've been to almost all the hookah lounges around Ohio and I have to say this is the most clean and best service hookah lounge I have ever been too. I love how hookah flavor actually taste like the flavor. Next time I visit Ohio this is where I will be coming too. I would definitely recommend everyone who wants to come and just smoke and chill. It's a very nice place.

Treated with nothing but respect and courtesy by the staff and owner, in contrast to other reviews, the coals were provided and refilled/replaced with professionalism and on a timely basis. The staff were exceptional and welcoming, even to myself as a first time hookah user. This was a very calm and serene environment foe my first time, which I loved since I have a lot of social anxiety. Thank you to the staff and owner.♡

Jafra Hookah Lounge has a very relaxed environment. Their hookahs are clean and the quality fits the price. The staff is friendly and approachable. It's nice to have this new place open up on the East side of Columbus. The menu also includes variety of food and drink options. There's everything for everyone! I definitely recommend checking it out -- It's also beautifully decorated!

This place is by far the best at what they do. The food, drinks, and hookah are all amazing. I have always had a great time bringing friends with me to smoke and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything from the menus, tables, decor and seating were all really well thought out. It’s extremely clean. And everyone working is so quick to help at the smallest request. All of the guys are awesome and really do care about each persons experience while there. Awesome! Thank you!

The. Best. Hookah Lounge in Columbus. Jafra is professional and accommodating. The hookahs are delicious, they don’t burn out quickly or burn your throat. The decor is authentic, warm, and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our visit/ party has everything we needed. I will be back and you should too!
