Says that they are open. Have to ring a door bell for no one to answer. Bad service

Just moved to the area and trying to find a vape store. Went here on Saturday 3/22/25 after reading all the great reviews. My only problem was that when I got there around 12:30 pm, the place was closed even though the sign said they were supposed to be open at 11:00 AM. Not sure if this was a fluke, something out of the ordinary that they were closed when they should've been open or if their posted hours are incorrect. If the posted hours are incorrect, please update to the correct hours so new potential customers will know when to stop by to shop. EDIT 01/23/26: I've stopped by here during business hours several times and they're always closed. At this point I'm pretty sure they're out of business.

Came into the store a few days ago and asked the owner what kind of juice is the most popular or favorable he said steroids! That's the review he literally tried to sell me steroids. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 0/10 Definitely going to VaporFi after this!

Great experience. Called in later in the day and the man working helped me troubleshoot something that I didn't even buy from him. I drove to the store and he was able to give me the parts are need and had oil for a great price. I learned more from this guy in 10 minutes than I had talking to someone at a chain store and researching on the internet. I'll definitely keep buying from here.

Mark is a sweetheart. He knows his product and won't bs you on any questions you may have about mods or juice or anything about vape supplies you may need. I love going in and buying from him, because he's got quite a selection, he's not ridiculous on pricing at all, and if you're not sure what you may be looking for by name, but ask him for recommendations, he's really good with offering some suggestions that will not only fit the budget, but will also appeal to the pallet.
