So disappointed. Let me start with I’m new to this world so don’t know what I’m doing. The girl at the counter was super helpful and knew i was looking for a dry herb vaporizer. After putting four or five on the counter for me to look at I picked one and took it home. Once home I found out it’s for “dab” not dry herb (no idea what dab even is). I didn’t even take it out of the box. Went back and she was very apologetic acknowledging it was her mistake since they look the same …. but things went south from here. I picked out a dry herb device I wanted but the manager said I had to find one for the exact same price. The one I wanted was 20 dollars more. Totally wanted and willing to pay the extra. Even offered to pay the extra in cash if that was easier. Nope. Had to go home with some ugly ice cream cone thing I didn’t like because they couldn’t do a return and charge me for the upgrade. Probably not going back. Boooo

The staff there is top notch each person too. They give you gifts plenty of times which is extremely appreciated especially when you are tight on funds! They have broke stoner empathy etiquette , It is like a lil taste of Michigan. They get me by on the reg. Check out out the cheap smoke it is usually pretty good. 15$ eighths.

Bought a cart battery here that didn’t work when I went back to get it replaced not even a refund they refused an then told me I could buy another battery that would work never been here before definitely won’t recommend to anyone nothing but scammers

I absolutely love this place,so glad I decided to try this place out. The girl on night shift was such a sweetheart ,so kind & very helpful....suggested different products which were fabulous because it helped me decide what I was going to purchase. Lots of different products to choose from. One of the best experiences I've ever had at these kind of merchants, & is definitely now my #1 go to for all my smoking needs.
