This store is very wonderful now after it has a new owner that they give valuable gifts to customers and their prices are very excellent

We have been going here ever since they opened. The selection is amazing and they have some amazing products you can’t find at other vape shops. JB has made every trip truly enjoyable! You can tell he really cares about his customers and his customer service couldn’t be beat. Honestly, he is the main reason we keep coming back. Every trip is a great experience and his positive energy is contagious!

This is my favorite shop and I can't go anywhere else. The workers here, you can't find others like them anywhere else. They know their job, they know their stuff, and they put their heart into it. Everytime someone asks me about vape shops I try to point everyone in the direction of urban konnection. I will always refer people here. Now, This store hasn't had much deliveries in Several Months, Stock is low, and running nearly depleted and It breaks my heart thinking I may be losing this store. It's like losing a long time friend. Hopefully that's not the case. I don't know where to begin looking for a new vape shop nearby me.

*Do Not Shop Here* Was once the best shop in town and now I won't shop there. The last 3 times I was there it was one thing or another about devices or juice or coils. So I bought disposables and when they wouldn't charge I called to tell them that and was told "Sorry there's nothing I can do when they leave the store." I said then you should check to make sure they charge before people leave and was told " That's a good idea." The service has gone downhill since the owner stopped being there and the employee don't care about return customers.

Hands down the best Vape shop I’ve ever gone to. JB is the best, he goes above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for and if he can’t get it or doesn’t have it he finds a way to get it. Definitely the best asset this company has it’s going to be hard to find somebody to replace him. Definitely my favorite Vape shop ever
