Horrible customer service wouldn't return an will never send anyone here they gave me a expired vape the liquid is supposed to be clear! They wouldn't exchange at all just shrugged his shoulders selling expired vapes could potentially kill someone! I came in to show him the others are not black the rest of the rack is clear ! Still no exchange! Horrible horrible service they will have a law suit on there hands if they keep selling expired vapes.

Just like the other review listed on here says, this guy also sold me an expired vape with no return, the vape juice was super dark and I knew immediately it was expired. I told him I'd leave a bad review on here if he didn't do a return and make things right but he just laughed at me an said go ahead idc. Horrible place do not waste your money, they should (shut him down) for this. BTW he tries to say these vapes didn't come from his store? After he read our reviews?, that just shows how shady he is. They will have a lawsuit on this guy I guarantee it.

So I found A&M about a month ago or so, and I can tell you that I've had nothing but good experiences with the owners and with the workers. They are willing to work with you on products. And what you would like to see in the store, which I think is very customer service-oriented, and I've had nothing but good service and good advice from the workers! They will be a very good staple in our community... As they don't judge, they don't make you feel like you're doing something wrong when you come in a couple times a week for a certain product.And I believe that helps when it comes to a smoke shop. So I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. They do nothing but look out for their customers and their business and the businesses around them. If you are a vapor a smoker of any kind they've got what you need and what you're looking for and if they don't they will get it for you! So try them out if you're looking For good customer service and custom orders! ❤️

I had bought a vape from this place and it didn’t work I tried to take it for like an exchange or something and they said “u just need to charge for 2 hours” and still didn’t work, you guys need to check the vapes before selling them

since the new owner took over this facility, things have definitely been so much better at this store. pricing is fair and great customer service. I highly recommend this location if your looking for reasonably priced vapes or hookahs.
