I stopped by this morning because one of my tires had low air. I had no clue on how to add air so I went inside for assistance. The staff immediately responded to my request and the manager added air to the tire. He noticed that I had a screw in my tire, and recommended a tire shop in the vicinity. Thank you so much for the kindness shown to me.

I visit here often, sometimes daily and I figure its time I give some praise. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They'll drop what they are doing to say hello, or welcome you in a way that doesnt sound scripted or forced. And mind you, sometimes multiple staff members will welcome me and others, I see it often and have even thought to myself, 'hell, I wish I had even just one of these crew members on my staff where I work!!' Their customer service skills are top notch. I've never had a bad experience here. The store is always clean and organized and the lot is well maintained.

I frequent the location and normally am in and out quickly. My rating is for my experience today........one register open at the lottery counter, customer ahead of me playing large amount of numbers, couldn't make my purchase because I was on my way to work and couldn't wait several minutes. Also, no other customers in the store or waiting in line, main register were unoccupied.
