I know a lot of reviews are surface level, but if I can campaign for one of the greatest shops in Ohio, its Diamond Vapes on Town Center Dr. These guys are legit my brothers. They foster great relationships with any and everyone that walk through that door. All employees are great at what they do. If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Lauren, then you have made a life long friend! If you ever have an idea and or product in mind that they do not have, these guys will do the research and get the product bases on feedback that you gave them. Check them out! They also have a great selection of cigars!

Great experience! The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you understand your options without making you feel pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about providing good customer service. Definitely a go to!

Love these guys! Been shopping with them for years! The bros are super sweet and always give me a great deal, especially for 4/20 and Fourth of July deals. Love this family, thank you for all that yall do, great service, I wish nothing but success and prosperity for yall❤️

Diamond smoke and vape is hands down the best place to go! The guys are very professional, nice and mostly very patient with everyone! They give you their undivided attention and just make you feel welcome! I recommend this store to everyone!

Very knowledgeable with their products. Helped me out more than a few times when having issues with their products (good products just terrible user, don't get me wrong products are great 🤣). They have a great selection of smoke products that will help you get through your days, and when you have questions and they answer them in a friendly manner. I've never had an unpleasant shopping experience here, and highly recommend if you're looking for a great, friendly smoke shop!
