The dude that was working was awesome!! Great glass selection, great accessories, decent music. You might get a little overwhelmed by the incense display right when you walk in, but once you're into the store the smell dissipates and the atmosphere is mellow and pleasant. I spent probably 40 minutes in there just wandering, chatting with the staff and looking at all the cool stuff!! PS: the entrance is in the back of the building. Google maps is very hit or miss on getting you there the first time.

I will never go to another store again! Including the pearl Rd. Store!! Dominic (Eastlake) is freaking amazing! He helped me find exactly what I needed and he helped fix the cluster F#$k that I left the Pearl rd. Store with. (that they wouldn't accept for return). Now, I receive amazing customer service from Dominic each time I visit, just like the first time!!! I think he's only there on weekends but, if you have questions, want to compare products, or need just plain knowledgeable advice GO SEE DOMINIC!!

If your sign says you open at 11 on Sunday you should be open. Went here on Sunday June 25 at 11 and again at 12 and door was locked. You lost business from me and another individual who wanted to buy tattoo stuff. If you want glass or any other products go to house of smokers or planet of the vapes in mentor. They are knowledgeable and open when they say they open.
