Great shop with excellent stock and an overall friendly crew. The only downside is the consistently poor customer service from the tall woman on staff. While everyone else is incredibly sociable, her attitude is quite rude. After my most recent interaction, I’m at the point where I will turn around and walk right out of the store if she is on shift. I love the store, but dealing with her isn't worth it.

Came in more than once definitely love the atmosphere and I will keep coming back. I gotta put the little finger in there.

Bought from multiple times. Latest and last time bought one that was missing about 20% of the liquid , did not use, went back within an hour and stated nothing they can do. Should have been able to swap and they return to distributors. So im out about 2 days worth of juice.

Trinity Is the most hard-working and amazing salesperson she's extraordinarily helpful and kind, she definitely deserves a raise. The smoke shop offers a lot, they have a great selection for everything that they sell including glass, and very knowledgeable sales people, especially Trinity. Located right on broad Street in Elyria such an easy to find location... I would highly recommend you go here and give them a try especially if you're trying to decide between multiple places.

They offer the best selection of vapes and accessories and their prices are very hard to beat and the staff is very knowledgeable and very cool to interact with. This is the only place I buy my vapes.
