The attendant attempted to charge my partner 2.5x a marked price because he "didn't think they were a regular." This came after he was extremely rude the entire time and attempted to act as if he didn't know what a slide or a water pipe is. The slide was marked $10 but he claimed a total of $25. After pointing out the clearly labeled price he attempted to say he didn't recognize my partner as a regular. He also callously asked for my partners age instead of asking for an ID and then asked where they are from. Don't go here. At all. Sexist, elitist, rude, price gaugers. They'll overcharge you if they don't recognize you and treat you like trash the entire time. They might apologize on your way out but its too little too late. I don't normally say this but save yourself the headache and buy from amazon. Its cheaper on there anyhow.

Everytime I go into this shop they try to flip the prices on me. I’ve always gotten the same brand, same style, same amount of puffs. 2/$30 or 3/$50. Literally did this two weeks ago. Guy just tried to tell me 2/$50. I’ll go to I-SMOKE in Fairborn where it’s cheaper 💞

My girlfriend and I stopped in while we were in the area visiting family as they had mentioned the store was offering a 3 for 24.99 deal on disposable vapes. As we walked in, we noticed the sign in the doorway that confirmed the deal. Went in and got three different flavors to try out. The flavors and vapes themselves are fine, they work great and we love them. However, the issue comes from the point of sale. When I paid, the screen reflected the price of the deal stated on the board. Everything seemed fine so far. When I went to leave, I was asked if I wanted a bag. Everything still seemed fine until a while later when we noticed that there was an extra vape thrown in the bag that we never asked for and never purchased. We were confused but we were already too far away to be able to return to the store. The day after, I looked at my credit card charges and noticed that I was charged more than double what I was told and shown on the screen at the store. I’ve tried multiple times to call the store and get this worked out, but no one ever answers the phone, and I can’t return to the store to try to resolve this in person as I live 4 hours away in an entirely different state. As of right now, I don’t recommend going to the store as this is really scummy behavior, but if we can get things resolved, I will recommend it as the prices are really reasonable compared to other smoke and vape stores I’ve been to.

I dont have any complaints about this shop, they have a great selection of smoking accessories and vapes and the staff is always smiling and ready to help me.

Google Says they open at 10 am. 10:10 am on a Saturday and doors are still locked. Sounds like they have issues with consistent hours of operation.
